Evaluating
Effectiveness
Evaluating
the effectiveness of our educational activities is inherent
in the structure of our program planning. We expect that upon
completion of our activities, physicians will have measurable
changes in behavior, skill level, performance, and/or their
knowledge base. We measure results through a number of assessment
tools:
- Pretests
and posttests
- Participant
evaluations
- Behavior
change surveys
- Follow-up
studies.
