  • Write, research, edit, and review both internal and external programming and individual activity requirements
  • Write grants and proposals
  • Strategic planning of needs assessments and analysis of outcome data
  • Oversee daily operations
  • Verify accuracy for external programming requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all administrative documentation, including permanent activity files
  • Manage accounting, financial reporting, and human resources
  • Oversee record-keeping, billing, and bookkeeping
  • Assist with grant and proposal writing
  • Support all administrative activities required for the CME organization
  • Manage and tactically fulfill individual educational activities
  • Research, procure, and serve as liaison with educational partners and vendors
  • Oversee financial status of individual activities and organization overall.
